If you’ve known me for a while, you know that fitness has been a constant in my life. But, it wasn’t always what it is today.
I’m a huge believer in the power of transformation. It doesn’t matter where you start—what matters is that you’re willing to change your story. No matter the struggles, it’s always possible to shift your mindset and grow.
That’s the beauty of life: we can choose to evolve, over and over again.
I grew up as a competitive gymnast, always chasing perfection. But in my teenage years, that pursuit led me down a tough road with disordered eating. I was caught in a cycle of restrictive diets, obsessing over calories, and trying to be “enough.” It wasn’t until I discovered strength training that I started to heal. Lifting weights helped me break free from the unhealthy mindset I’d been stuck in for years. I learned how to nourish my body, and how to value it for its strength, not just its appearance.
With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry as a yoga instructor, barre instructor, spin instructor, and fitness coach, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can be a powerful tool for change, both physically and mentally.
Now, I’m on a mission to help others who are ready to stop shrinking and start living fully. My passion is helping people feel strong, confident, and energized in a healthy body. Because fitness is so much more than a number on the scale or the amount of weight you can lift—it’s about becoming stronger in every sense of the word.
